Lincoln moved from New Zealand in 2000 having worked in youth services. Lincoln was a Children & Families Social Worker before joining Moving On in 2015.

ASHLEY SYMINGTON
Support Co-ordinator
Ashley joined our team in November 2023, as a Support Co-ordinator. Ashley has gained years of experience in a variety of different sectors within education, supported living and adults services. Ashley is looking forward to the opportunity and further knowledge she will gain at MOEP. She is motivated by helping individuals to reach their full potential. When not working Ashley enjoys spending time with her friends and family, keeping active and playing netball. On top of this she enjoys working on her family croft.

SOPHIE MOAR
Transition Support Worker
Sophie joined the team in 2022 as a Graduate Support Worker, conducting an extensive piece of research into supported employment provisions within Shetland. Sophie has recently moved into the role of Transition Support Worker. Sophie is passionate about inclusion and supporting others to achieve their goal. When not working Sophie enjoys exercising, going on adventures and spending time with friends and family!

LESLEY HUTCHISON
Accountant
Lesley is the accountant for Moving On, and also works at RSM. Lesley became a Chartered Accountant in 1991 and joined our team part-time in 2015.

Katherine previously worked in the Department for Work & Pensions. Katherine joined the team in 2020.
