EMPLOYERS

Are you a local employer?

Not only do we support our participants to build skills and seek work, we believe it's important to provide the right support for them once in employment.

This is where we provide support to you.

It can include training for you and your employees about their barrier, facilitating progress reviews and ongoing contact if any issues arise.

We want to break down the stigma about health issues in the workplace and provide the right information about how this may affect your employee as an individual.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

We will provide a suitable participant who has a genuine interest working in your area of employment.

We will organise all placement paperwork, provide you with Risk Assessments and necessary information about the participant

We will support the participant to settle in and manage any issues that may arise

We want to empower our participants to build confidence and self-esteem, so eventually they feel able to work unsupported and manage issues independently.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

To have an interest in supporting someone into a work experience placement, and should a vacancy arise, paid employment

An open mind and consideration for the context of barriers to employment.
