Assisting one of our clients back into work or offering them the chance to volunteer and gain new skills and experiences, not only benefits the client but is beneficial to an employer as well. Raising awareness of disabilities, mental health problems and health conditions in the workplace is one such benefit as anyone can develop any one of these, including existing staff.
Employers also gain a better understanding of what a disabled customer might require from their business, therefore increasing revenue. Increasing diversity in the workplace is also beneficial and is viewed upon favourably by the local community. Moving Ons service is free and we provide in-house support for each client initially, until they are ready and able to complete the job themselves, so employers are able to focus on running their businesses.
