We recently carried out training to three local employers - both managers and employees - to help them become more confident supporting colleagues with disabilities.

For this project we received funding from the Voluntary Action Fund and Scottish Government through the Workplace Equality Fund.

This is to create more ability awareness in local workplaces for all levels of staff and provide information about support for colleagues with disabilities.
